Five people, consisting of two men and three women were reported to have set themselves on fire in Gujarat, somewhere in India. Read more after the cut
These people belong to the same family and they did this in protest against Government's plan to raze their homes as it constitutes an illegal structure.
A police source in the Country said that the five of them came to the government house protesting against the decision of the government, he noticed that they had containers filled with kerosene, upon the decline of their request, they poured the content on themselves and set themselves ablaze.
One of the men gave up before been rushed to the hospital, the others are said to be receiving treatment in a Local Government Hospital.
